For all users with Facebook accounts, now you can sign into trainchinese using that Facebook account. If you already have an trainchinese account you just need to press 'Sign in using Facebook' and then you can link your existing account with trainchinese to your Facebook account.

When you link both accounts, then we will include the email address you used with Facebook into our database, so just make sure you use that (Facebook) email address in the trainchinese applications (as on iPhone/Ipad your Phone or the Desktop application). We still do keep a separate password (which is not linked to Facebook) to make sure that only you are able to access your trainchinese data from the application.

The biggest advantage though is for new users. If they register using Facebook then we do not need to verify their email. So they can start using trainchinese right away!

Paying users can now add 500 Flashcards per week!

Good news for our paying users! They now can learn up to 26,000 cards a year! We found that some very active users were frequently reaching the weekly limits, and as we don't want to restrict their learning we've increased the weekly limit for paying users to 500 cards. By increasing the limits that high we want to allow the paying users to add cards whenever they need them. We nevertheless do encourage new users to choose flash cards carefully; experience tells that learning 50-100 cards a week is a good target! Don't get carried away adding extra flashcards before you've learned existing ones!

If you have many words to learn, you may want to separate them based on the word list (or card deck).
If you apply the filter it will only show you words that are part of the lists included into the filter.
To set the filter, go to "Content"->"Your Flashcards".
The same filter also is used when you "Update Cards" from any of our applications.
When Updating Cards only cards which comply with the filter will be loaded on the device.
