Hi, about a year ago, I had Trainchinese on my android and then bought an iphone and since then have never gotten around to downloading it on my iphone, though I've really needed it.  Anyway, wanting greater capacity this time than with the free app, I paid for a lifetime subscription with 30 lists, while I had it up on my computer, and then went to my phone to find some way to download the app onto my new phone.  But I don't see anyway to download an app--and I"m hoping I don't have to go online each time now to access it--I just want the app downloaded on my phone!

Then I looked to see who I could contact and I don't see anywhere to contact anyone!  Had I known there was NO CUSTOMER SERVICE I would never have paid the money.  I just bought this a few moments ago--does anyone think I can get my money back?

First of all thank you for purchasing a life time subscription with us! In fact according to our data that subscription si active and as long as you are using the account with user name: susanja you can enjoy all the benefits of it.
There is no problem if the iTunes accounts are different, as the subscription is purchase is stored with you trainchinese account details. Just go to the iTunes store, search for "Trainchinese" or for our company name "Molatra" and you will find all our apps there.

I you like you can use several devices. This is no problem at all. Once you installed the trainchinese app on the new device, open the app, select "settings" and in case of an iOS device press on the "Upgrade/My account" button - on Android devices you can directly select "Account details" where you can enter you user account data.
(On iOS after "Upgrade/My account"  press "Account details").

Once you have correctly entered the user name and password (be careful as password is case sensitive) you then go back to the main screen and press on the top right button (on Android it is called "Update Cards", on iOS it is orange and has the trainchinese logo.

I just noticed that I forgot to include something regarding the reaction time. We got this request in from of a ticket (done using the feed back function available on each webpage and also on our apps) during the night (at least it was night here) .
Typically we will be answering within one working day, most of the time faster (in this case it took us 17 hours) - hope that is acceptable!
