I am having a similar problem with the audio. the On several cards, the play button seems to be pressed automatically (which should happen when I am learning to hear words) but the word is never spoken. On other cards, when I press play, the same thing happens. The button goes blue but the word is never spoken. This was not happening until a few days ago.

Hi Thierry, We found the reason that some audio files were not available neither on the website nor as downloads - it was related to a problem on our side and was affecting several of the most popular words/phrases. Now all audio should be playing correctly and also be available on the all devices and on the website. We are sorry for any inconvenience. |
