You are not entitled to this data. Why did I receive this answer after paying a complement for 50 list? 

I already got 

radicals and variants 1

radicals and variants 2

I would get the following (3,4,... the complete file of the whole chinese radicals)

It's probably because you were visiting lists owned by other users who are not connected as friends with you. 

Please go to Vocab lists, and check out Lists with focus on Characters, then All Chinese radicals and variants of radical. You should have access to the lists there.
