What's wrong? I updated my subscription but am still limited to adding 10 cards per week. I want my train Chinese!

Hello.

Sorry to revive an old topic but I have a similar problem. I\'ve just upgraded my subscription, received payment confirmation from paypal, but on webpage I still show up as normal user and I\'m still being limited to some small amount of flashcards. Does everything check out on your end?

- Please check the subscription was paid for the same account you are working with!
- In case of payments with PayPal, there are about 1-2% of cases where PayPal reviews the payment and this review takes 24 hours.

Should it be necessary for us to check - then please submit a Feed Back ticket (or an email to customer service cs@train...com  - that is processed fast! (We can not guarantee fast processing on the Q&A section)

The subscription has been processed correctly, but the phone does not know about it yet. Please Update Cards, that way the phone will receive the information about the subscription.

PS: The response message send to the suer after a purchase does not contain the request to Update Cards. We will add this information to that message so that the subscription  can be used on the phone.
