i am using android app and have a 1 year subscription. cards work fine however when i try to listen to the audio for example sentences i get a popup saying i am not logged in. I am logged in as i can update my cards. i tried re- entering my login details on both the app and website but this did not solve the issue

We are sorry for that behaviour, which seems in some way specific to certain situation. We did test that function before and it was working fine on several devices, but it might be that some combination of situations have the result you are describing, so we are now looking into it and will see if we can find an error. if it helps i am running the app on the asus transformer prime, i also tried it on my android phone and i get the same popup.
We tried on several devices, but could not reprouce the problem. Can you please check that in the Settings of the application you trainchinese user account data (user name and password) are correct? |

I have the same problem, and my user name and password are correct- I re-entered them. The audio is crucial for me. Help! Hi, please include your email instead of your user name into the settings of the application. We seem to have a problem with the user name if the user name includes spaces (blank characters). In case it still is not working please contact us. |

A similar problem for me. I can get the audio when I use trainchinese from my pc, but when I try to listen the words from the android app it says "trainchinese.com didn't recognise your account details. Only ...". I have a lifetime subscription so I expect it should work correctly. In case you see "trainchinese.com didn't recognise your account detail... then that means that the username/nickname and/or password included in the app are wrong. Please check that the username is spelled correctly! And be aware that the password is case sensitive!
