Hi, I have activated this option since it was first ready, and it seems to me that it isn't working as my words are still sleeping in a very ordered fashion even though some words I learn and remember quickly and others I have a lot of trouble with. I learn 10 words a day and at the moment 30 come off of sleeping everyday even though I am using the advanced algorithim. It is the same every day and never changes once since I started using it?

Existing sleeping cards will not be affecetd by the change as the advanced algorithm is applied at the time a card goes to sleep.
So in your case you should see the first differences as soon as cards that started to sleep with with the advanced algorithm are waking up. |

Hi, just to clarify, I have been using this option for about 8 days and have trained around 80 cards over that time, and still am not noticing any real difference?

As far as I could see in your case, the recent trainings all where done with 'knowing correctly' all answers. That means that the answer pattern is the same for all cards (for example passing all of them correctly) which would not give any hint for differentiating the sleep time and therefore the corresponding dates to sleep of cards will be the exactly the same for those cards. Only if some cards have a different situation than others (say you have 10 cards learned without any problems and 3 cards with some Not OKs) then you will see differences, as the ones with difficulties will sleep less time. If any of the cards would have had difficulties in some moment in the past passes, then that also will be taken into account for the sleeping time. |

Hmm, I have had a lot of not ok's on some certain words so not sure why your records say otherwise, Anyways thanks for looking into it for me.
