I am not an expert.

You translate

球鞋

[n]boot

My textbook translates it as sneaker.

If this is not sneaker can you add the word for sneaker?

A valid point. actually the boots were referring to sport boots so we have corrected the entry in the on-line dictionary (and that will be used also whenever we have an update of the applications).
