I seem to have the same problem as an earlier poster. My lists no longer show up on my Kindle. Next to the "training" icon at the bottom of the screen is the number 41 in red, but when I click on "training," it says I have no lists. I've updated it and synched it with my PC. The Train Chinese app on my PC has all of my words -- as does the "Chinese Writer" app on my Kindle -- but the main app on my Kindle doesn't any more. I love this program, but it's a drag if I can't use it the way it's supposed to be used.

Sorry if we are late to response!

I can see that your on-line data includes several lists - those lists should be available to you after synchronizing (by pressing the \"Update\" button at the top right of the application).

If after pressing that Update button you receive an error message then most probably your account data for the trainchinese account may be wrong. In that case select \"Settings\" on the lower part of the app and include your user account data (user name and password), then try to synchronize again.

If you do not receive any error messages the synchronization should end with a graph where you will see the history of your cards over the last days. In that case the list should all be there on the device for you to use.

Please let us know if you have another behaviour.

(PS. we received a similar question of Facebook, that we assume is coming form you. We apologize for the late reply, we normally try to answer within one working day, sorry for this!)

Thanks for getting back to me, but I've done all of that. I do get the graph and it shows me that I have 139 words in my lists, but when I go to "Training," instead of it showing all of my word lists, it just says "Empty. Nothing Here." The number at the bottom of the screen next to the training icon still says 139, though. All of the other apps -- Chinese Writer for the Kindle, the PC app and the website -- show all of my lists. Unfortunately, these are not the apps I need to use to study. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it on my Kindle, but it made no difference. Not sure what to do. I can send you screen shots that show what I'm talking about if you want. I really want to be able to use this app. When it worked, it was great!

We are sorry but we now found a reason, one of the lists was missing a name so as the name as empty it did not display correctly. We now manually changed that giving the list the name \"no name\". That should resolve the issue.

We are sorry for this error - and also for the delay in working on it!

It would be great if you happen to remember what name you may have selected as it could be that it contained a character or something \"strange\" which was not stored in our database for some reason.
