How do you sync your account from the website_ I know you can do it from the mobile app, but I'll be working a lot on the website.

Per design the website always is immediately synchronized, that means any changes or training will immediately be stored in the database.
You only need to care about synchronization when using devices. For example: You did use the website at some moment and now are going to use a device. Then Synch the device before using it. If you finish using a device (and intend to use the website) then synch the device to store all cahnges in our database. |
