Hi,
I've I have a lifetime membership and just returned after some time away. I am in China, but now I'm without a VPN. When I go to My Page and click on the link in blue: Manage bookmarks for adding cards, I get the following: ----------- Unable to Serve this Request Site temporarily unavailable.Connection timed out - please try again.----------- Is this just something I need to wait a while for and it will fix itself, or could this be related to the fact that I'm in China and no longer using a VPN? Any help would be great, thanks!

That message indicates ( non specifically) that our server is too busy to finish the request, it could be related to having to handle too many variables (based on numbe rof cards). But it is not related to the VPN.
We will check and see if we can improve this and give you an update tomorrow (Monday). |
