Hi, for this sentence: 那座巴四国民银行大楼高极了,一共有八十九层。

I get the second part but for the first one: Can it be translated with: this Brazilian bank or this bank of Brazil or this bank in Brazil? And the bank is it all the building, or at the top floor?

Like I get the general meaning of the sentence but I'm not sure of the right answer 😅

巴西国民银行 (not 巴四) isn't a real bank that exists in Brazil. The closest literal translation is "National Bank of Brazil"

The first part of the sentence can be translated in to English in this way:

 - The building of the National Bank of Brazil is extremely high.
