Let's compare 收入, 收益 and 利润:

1. 收入 and 收益 are synonyms; 收入 can refer to personal income or company's income; 收益 is usually a company's income;

2. 利润 (profit) and 收益/收入 are different things. From the perspective of accounting/finance:
利润 = 各种收益 - 各种费用 - 企业所得税.
Profit = "all sources of incomes" - "costs & expenses" - "corporate income taxes"

工资 vs 收入
These two words are quite similar and sometimes interchangeable.
1. 工资 is salary or wage that someone receives from employment
2. 收入 can refer to personal income or company income. When it refers to personal income, it's a wider term, including income from formal employment or income from any other sources.
For example, for a person works as a freelancing graphic designer, we use 收入, not 工资.
But for a person that's employed by a designing company, we can use 工资.
