起床 versus 起来:

起床 is "get up from bed, get out of bed".Example: 我每天七点起床。 r/s [phr] Every day I get up at seven o'clock.

起来 has a wider meaning. It can mean "stand or sit up, rise to one's feet" or "get out of bed". Examples:
- 他每天早上一起来就伏在桌子上看书。[phr] He bent over on the desk to read books the moment he got up every morning.
- 你都坐了三个小时了,快起来活动活动腿脚。 [phr] You've been sitting for three hours. Quickly Stand up and move around your legs and feet.

起来 can also be used after adjectives or verbs as a compliment, indicating:
- upward movement
- beginning and continuation of an action or state
- completeness, effectiveness
- a judgement, impression
