You can describe many types of beverages with the adjective 醇厚 (chúnhòu), which include coffee, tea, most alcoholic beverages, etc.
There are a few exceptions. For instance, you wouldn't use 醇厚 (chúnhòu) to describe soft drinks (carbonated sodas, colas, sodas, root beer, etc.), sparkling flavored or infused water, energy drinks, and sports drinks.
