只好 and 不得不 can be used when something has already happened. 非得...不可 cannot be used when something has already happened.
When it comes to the tone, from strong to weak, these three are ranked: 非得...不可 --> 不得不 --> 只好. "非得...不可" carries the strongest tone among the three and it expresses one's resolution and it emphasizes on the necessity of the action to be taken.
