双独二胎 / 雙獨二胎 [shuang1 du2 er4 tai1] , (phr) two-child policy for parents who were both only children themselves (same as [双独二孩])
单独二孩 / 單獨二孩 [dan1 du2 er4 hai2] , (phr) two-child policy if one of the parents was an only child
单独二胎 / 單獨二胎 [dan1 du2 er4 tai1] , (phr) two-child policy if one of the parents was an only child (same as [单独二孩])
全面二孩 / 全面二孩 [quan2 mian4 er4 hai2] , (phr) the universal two-child policy

Note that "两孩" is not commonly used in these phrases.
