Hi Kalgora, you cannot put 可以 at the beginning of this sentence. I would suggest that we put 可以 after 我们.

谈判 (tánpàn) is commonly used in situations where two or more parties need to discuss and come to an agreement on a particular issue or matter. This can include business negotiations, diplomatic talks, labor disputes, and legal settlements.
For example, in a business context, 谈判 (tánpàn) may be used when two companies are discussing a potential partnership or merger. In this case, both parties would need to negotiate the terms and conditions of the agreement, such as the distribution of profits and responsibilities.
In a diplomatic context, 谈判 (tánpàn) may be used when two countries are trying to resolve a conflict or reach a trade agreement. This can involve discussions on issues such as tariffs, border disputes, and human rights.
