祝贺 cannot be used alone. There has to be something following it. 恭喜 can be used in the same way, but it can also be used alone by itself, or sometimes we can even say it twice. E.g.
1. 祝贺你们获得了好成绩。 [phr] Congratulations to you on obtaining such good grades. 祝贺 can be replaced by 恭喜 in this sentence.
2. 学校公布了获奖名单，恭喜你榜上有名。 [phr] The school has issued the lists of awards and your name is on the list. 恭喜 can be replaced by 祝贺 in this sentence.
3. 恭喜恭喜 [phr] Congratulations! 恭喜 cannot be replaced by 祝贺.
In certain fixed terms, only 恭喜 can be used, for example when wishing someone happy new year: 新年好，恭喜发财！ [phr] Happy New Year and may you be prosperous. (
著名 and 有名 are basically the same. 有名 is slightly less formal than 著名 and appears more often in spoken Chinese.
