前天 (qián tiān) is used to refer to the day before yesterday. For example, you could say: 昨天 (zuó tiān) 我去了超市，前天 (qián tiān) 我去了图书馆。(Yesterday I went to the supermarket, the day before yesterday I went to the library.)

昨天的昨天 is a synonym for 前天, but it's too wordy and too long. Using 前天 to mean "the day before yesterday" is better!
