Hi, 汙 is a variant character of 污. The widely accepted and used character is 污. And because of this, we included 污染 in the dictionary. It's also to avoid confusion among Chinese learners.

Thank you for the response. Unfortunatley, the new main book we use in Taiwan for TOCFL only incudes 汙染 so I would be happy if this card would maybe note this variant.
