In both formal and informal conversations, 条理 (tiáo lǐ) can also be used to describe the structure or organization of a piece of writing or speech. For example, one might say "这篇文章的条理清晰，很容易理解" (zhè piān wénzhāng de tiáo lǐ qīngxī, hěn róngyì lǐjiě) which means "The structure of this article is clear and easy to understand."

1. 条理分明 (tiáo lǐ fēn míng): to be clear and orderly; to have a logical and organized way of thinking or doing things.
Example: 她的思维条理分明，总能把复杂的问题简单化。(Tā de sī wéi tiáo lǐ fēn míng, zǒng néng bǎ fù zá de wèn tí jiǎn dān huà.) Her thinking is clear and orderly, she can always simplify complex problems.
2. 条理清晰 (tiáo lǐ qīng xī): to be clear and well-organized; to have a logical and coherent structure.
Example: 这篇文章的结构条理清晰，很容易理解。(Zhè piān wén zhāng de jié gòu tiáo lǐ qīng xī, hěn róng yì lǐ jiě.) The structure of this article is clear and well-organized, it is easy to understand.
