无关 (wúguān) can be used to talk about relationships between people. It means "have nothing to do with, be unrelated". For example, you can say 他们之间没有任何关系，完全无关 (tāmen zhījiān méiyǒu rènhé guānxi, wánquán wúguān) to mean "They have no relationship whatsoever, completely unrelated".
