不介意 (bù jièyì) is typically used to express that one does not mind or is indifferent to a certain situation. For example, if someone asks if you would like to go to a certain restaurant, you could reply 不介意 (bù jièyì) to indicate that you do not mind either way. It can also be used to express that one does not mind doing something, such as 不介意 (bù jièyì) 帮忙 (bāngmáng) "I don't mind helping". It is also used to express that one does not mind if something happens, such as 不介意 (bù jièyì) 你去 (nǐ qù) "I don't mind if you go".
