还有 (hái yǒu) is used to indicate that there is more than what has already been mentioned. For example, "我有一只猫,还有一只狗" (wǒ yǒu yī zhī māo, hái yǒu yī zhī gǒu) means "I have a cat, as well as a dog".

还有 (hái yǒu) and 又 (yòu) both mean "still have; as well as, and" in Chinese. However, they are used in different contexts.
还有 (hái yǒu) is used to indicate that there is something else in addition to what has already been mentioned. For example, 我有一只猫,还有一只狗 (wǒ yǒu yī zhī māo, hái yǒu yī zhī gǒu) meaning "I have a cat, and I also have a dog".
又 (yòu) is used to indicate that something has happened again. For example, 我又来了 (wǒ yòu lái le) meaning "I'm here again".
