敬祝 (jìngzhù) is used to express respect and good wishes to someone. For example, you can say 敬祝您生日快乐 (Jìngzhù nín shēngrì kuàilè.) to wish someone a happy birthday with respect. It is different from 祝 (zhù) which is used to express general wishes without respect. For example, you can say 祝你好运 (zhù nǐ hǎoyùn) to wish someone good luck.
