不再 (bú zài) is used to express that something is no longer happening or is no longer true. For example, 他不再是我的朋友了 (tā bú zài shì wǒ de péngyou le) meaning "He is no longer my friend". It can also be used to express that something will not happen again, for example 我不再犯同样的错误 (wǒ bú zài fàn tóngyàng de cuòwù) meaning "I will not make the same mistake again".
