引发, 带来, 引起, 导致, 造成

1. 引发 is "to initiate, to evoke (emotions), to trigger off, to spark". 引发 refers to the sudden start of emotions or events. The emphasis here is the suddenness. This "suddenness" does not apply to the other verbs -- 带来, 导致, 引起 and 造成.
E.g.
- 引发暴乱 to spark off a riot
- 引发革命 to spawn a revolution
- 引发一连串事件 to trigger off a chain of events
- 引发激烈的争论 to spark intense debates (over...)

2. 带来 is a phrase as well as a verb. Note that all the other words are only verbs.
When 带来 is a phrase, it means "to bring someone or something over here (towards the speaker)". E.g. 你怎么没有把照相机带来? Why didn't you bring the camera?
When 带来 is a verb, it can be followed by good things, as well as bad things. E.g.
- 我给大家带来了一个好消息。I brought everyone a piece of good news.
- 残酷的战争带来了巨大的损失。The brutal war brought about huge losses.
Note that the other verbs are usually followed by bad, undesired things or events.

3. For the differences between 导致, 引起 and 造成, please refer to the other post in the discussion area of these three entries.
