说好 (shuō hǎo) is used to express that two parties have come to an agreement or have completed negotiations. For example, one might say "我们说好了，明天一起去看电影 (Wǒmen shuō hǎo le, míngtiān yīqǐ qù kàn diànyǐng.)" which translates to "We've agreed that we will go watch a movie tomorrow".
