Actually, we cannot say "我十三多了。"
In this case, 多 is a numeral that can be used after 十, 百, 千, 万 to indicate a number bigger than the given one, but smaller than the next round number.
Therefor you can not use 多 after 十三. But you can say, 十多岁, 三百多人, 三千多米, 五万多块钱, etc.

When using 岁 (suì), it is important to keep in mind that it is used to refer to age in Chinese culture. In Chinese culture, age is a sign of respect and is often used to refer to someone's seniority. For example, when addressing someone older than you, you would use their age to show respect. For example, you would say "您好,您今年多大岁数了?" (Nín hǎo, nín jīnnián duōdà suìshù le?) which translates to "Hello, how old are you this year?". It is also important to note that 岁 (suì) is used to refer to the age of a person, not the age of an object. For example, you would say "这个汽车已经使用了五年" (Zhège qìchē yǐjīng shǐyòngle wǔ nián) which translates to "This car has been used for five years".
