Yes, there is a small difference between 趁早 (chèn zǎo) and 赶早/趕早 (gǎn zǎo). They both mean "as soon/early as possible", but 赶早 is used only in spoken Chinese, while 趁早 is appropriate in both spoken and written Chinese.
