好些了 (hǎoxiēle) is used to express that something has improved or become better. For example, one might say: "昨天我的病情不太好，但是今天好些了 (Zuótiān wǒ de bìngqíng bù tài hǎo, dànshì jīntiān hǎoxiēle) - Yesterday my condition wasn't very good, but today it has become better."
