没怎么 (méi zěnme) is used in everyday conversation to mean "nothing, hardly, nothing much". It is often used in response to a question to indicate that the speaker has not done much or has not done anything at all. For example, if someone asks "你怎么了?" (nǐ zěnme le? - What's wrong with you?), the speaker might reply "没怎么" (méi zěnme - Nothing).
