1. 有 is the most general one among all these verbs. It's monosyllabic and used in both spoken and written Chinese. The subject of 有 can be a person, inanimate object or place. The other three verbs are all more formal than 有.
2. The subject of 具有 can be something inanimate or a person. 具有 is followed by abstract concepts, e.g. characteristics, natures, functions, skills, capabilities or qualities.
E.g.
[phr] The salt lithium chloride is hygroscopic.
[phr] He has business mind.
3. 具备 can follow subjects that are either something inanimate or a person and if followed by abstract concepts. In most cases, 具备 is interchangeable with 具有, but 具备 emphasizes on "be equipped with..." for a certain purpose (said or unsaid).
E.g. [phr] The new manager must have the gift of leadership. (so that he or she can handle the tasks that are coming his or her way).
E.g. [phr] These symbols have some of the characteristics of a written language. (meaning that later the symbols developed into a written language or played an important part in the formation of written languages.)
4.拥有 emphasizes on ownership or possession. 拥有 can be followed by tangible things, e.g. cars, houses, etc.; or abstract concepts, e.g. certain skills, capabilities or qualities, in which case it is interchangeable with 具有. The subject of 拥有 is usually a person. In other cases, inanimate things can be the subject of 拥有 too, in which case, the subject is personified.
E.g.
[phr] He is so rich that he owns five villas and three companies.
[phr] These athletes all have strong will.
[phr] Dating back to Ming Dynasty, the store has a long history.
