钢琴 (gāngqín) means "piano" - is a type of keyboard instrument with a set of strings that are struck by hammers when the keys are pressed.
手风琴 (shǒufēngqín) means "accordion" and it's a type of keyboard instrument with a set of metal reeds that are activated by pressing the keys. The sound is produced by air being forced through the reeds.
