“must go there” is like objective necessary. The conditions or requirements compel someone to go without other choices. and "will (definitely) go" is more like subjective willingness, e.g. some really wants to go, and will really go.
After checking out some sentences the subjective willingness is more often the case for the phrase "非 verb 不可"
