Dear friends,
I love your application, but it does have a few quirks. I would be much more convenient to use if it employed hot keys. In the meantime, I'm having a problem adding cards from my lists on the web site to my my desktop application. There are 307 card in my lists, yet my desktop application will only all me to use 289 of them. Are these cards that are sleeping? I prefer to train with all my cards, unless those cards that won't down load are sleeping and will be added at a later date, when they are scheduled to be waken up. Please let me know. Every time you synchronize with the Desktop application only cards which are not sleeping will be synchronized. That will explain the difference of the number of cards, as cards which are sleeping, or cards which have been completely learned will not be loaded onto the desktop application. Once cards wake up and you "Update Cards" then also those cards will be loaded onto the device.
The reason for that behaviour is, that we wanted to avoid to load cards which can not be "used" onto the device. |
