I renewed my subscription for 6 months, but I can't synch the app on my iPhone 5 (v. 8.2) or iPad 2 (v. 8.1.3). When I press the synch button on the app, a message says my account details aren't recognized. I can log in to the online website fine, and my account details look fine on the app, it just won't accept a synch. Please advise.

Please check the password is correct in "Settings" -> "My Acccount/Upgrade" -> Account details
