When I save a new word to a list (in the TrainChinese dictionary app on iOS), it also gets saved to another list as well. How can I stop this?

That should not be happening. When using iOS you are shown a window with a list selection where you can select which list the word should be saved. Once you ticked that corresponding box then just tap on the top right to save that and continue. Please let us know if that is not happening and best send us a screenshot to cs@trainchinese.com so that we can check what could be happening.
