I want to change the settings of my existing cards, not just new cards. When I amend the on-line settings on My Page, the training modes for my existing cards does not change. If I change the settings on my desktop application and update cards, the old cards still stay in the old settings. The only way I have found is to re-set each card individually - there must be a better way.

Yes there is!
To change the training modes for all of your cards you can do so 1) Using the website, in the Settings, scroll down until you get to the "Training modes" , modify them as you like (if you happen to see the settings already that you would anyhow need, then please add a additional mode, do not remove modes as this can lead to cards going to sleep). Once changes are made there will be a button to "Apply changes" press it, and you will see a pop up asking you if you like to apply the changes to all of your cards. 2) On Android or iOS apps: Go to settings, select the (default) training mode you like, then a pop up will ask if you want to apply the change to all of your cards. In case you are using an app, please "update Cards" after any such change! |
