Hello dear
I tried to upgrade my current account and purchased 12 additional months and 60 lists option thru my iTunes account. And iTunes account deducted $54.99, but my account did not upgrade. I would like to upgrade my account to that I purchased. My log in account is ....

Hi we checked your account on our server and could only find a previous iTunes purchase (for 3 months). There could be 3 reasons for the situation:

1) If you have several accounts with trainchinese. Please check that when you made the payment you were logged in with the desired account. Should that not be the case then we can transfer the payment form one account to the other.

2) The payment to apple did not went trough - we had one similar case some months ago. The user paid but after he checked on his iTunes account the payment actually was not completed.

2) The Electronic data transfer between Apple and our trainchinese servers could  not be completed. This is remembered by apple and will be repeated again.
To initiate a data transfer, please open your trainchinese application and go  to Settings, then My trainchinese Account and press on the See upgrade options.
