I want to be able to train my lists on my iphone but now I can't anymore due to the teacher subscription. What can be done to solve this problem?

The teacher subscription includes advantages to add words, but it does not allow for training them (as the teacher is supposed to know them!)

The system should have warned you that it is not possible to switch back form a teacher subscription. In your case as we could verify that you did not make excessive use of the teacher subscription we have manually reversed that to a normal subscription.

Note for other users: If this is happening to you, please stop using the account immediately and contact us before you add cards or lists to the teacher account! Otherwise it will not be possible to reverse that account (unless you pay for the usage you to gave it).

In cases like this please contact trainchinese customer service directly! Do this using the \"Feed back\" button (top right in the web app) or using the \"error\" button below the details screen of a word on the app.

A reversal to student account is only possible if the number of cards or lists created during the period as a teacher does not exceed the limits for normal users!

Hello,
I made same mistake and clicked the teachers mode. Could you also help to switch it to students mode.

Uh, I made same mistake. I added cards, but didn't know the difference between teacher and student account! I definitely don't want to be charged for adding words. Lol! Feel free to remove them all. I just created account within the last 15 min. I also did not see anywhere that denotes a price for these items. Please clarify.
